Before your tracking number is issued:
- If you haven’t yet received a tracking code, please reach out via our Contact Form page. We’ll check with our Fulfillment Center and get back to you within 24–48 business hours about whether we can make changes.
Once your tracking number has been sent:

If your shipment status reads only “Label Created” or “Shipment Notification Sent,” drop us a note through our Contact Form page. We’ll confirm with the Fulfillment Center and update you within 24–48 business hours.

If the order has moved past those initial stages and is already in transit, we cannot guarantee a recall—but we’ll still do our utmost to help.
